Hi there – I’m Nedra Rezinas, and I’m a marketing strategist, coach and “delegation trainer” for businesses that want to grow – but need a trusted advisor to help them do it.

For the last 20 years, I’ve advised hundreds of clients on their most important marketing decisions – developing their websites, designing their custom marketing roadmaps, and learning to delegate and hire people they can trust so that they can finally scale their business.

I’m also passionate about investing in my community and making a positive impact on the world. I teach at The School of Business at Portland State University and Small Business Development Center at Portland Community College.

I also host Marketing Focus Days to help entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses.

How I Can Help Your Business Grow

There are three primary ways I help my clients:

  • In my VIP Day, I develop your 90-Day Custom Marketing Roadmap and advise you on marketing activities such as content, social media strategy, email marketing, networking/referrals, and more.

  • Marketing Sprints, where we spend a targeted session together focusing on “leveling you up” in a key arena of your business (content, hiring, client communication, etc.)

  • Workshops & Training Sessions, where I meet with you and your team to deliver masterclasses on topics such as social media and delegation.

If you’d like to get a sense of what it’s like working with me, please feel free to attend one of my free live webinars to experience my style approach to growing businesses.

I’m a firm believer in continuing education, not only to expand my own abilities, but also to learn strategies, tools and resources I can share with my clients. Recent certifications include:

  • Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certificate, issued January 2020

  • Hubspot Academy: Inbound Marketing Certificate, issued May 2021

  • Hubspot Academy: Email Marketing Certificate, issued March 2020

  • Hubspot Academy: Social Media Marketing Certificate, issued October 2020

Who I Work Best With

I work best with professional service providers (consultants, attorneys, accountants, interior designers, etc.) who have been in business long enough to recognize that they will need to begin hiring other people to scale and grow their business.

My best clients have an open mind and a willingness to let go of the way they are currently running their business, because they know that there are better, more effective strategies out there – even if they’re too close to their business to see those strategies for themselves.

They also know their zone of genius” – the work they love to do and that they’re best at – and they actively want to spend more time there.

They understand that learning to let go, hire and delegate may stretch their comfort zone, but they’re willing to do it because there’s freedom on the other side. Freedom to focus on what they care about most while delegating the rest to the reliable people they can trust.

They also know that they’ll need someone to help them find those reliable people, learn the fundamentals of delegating, and revamp their marketing strategy so that it’s well-suited for their unique business.

For my clients, I am the guide who will help them find the answers they need. I help build the roadmap that will put them back into their zone of genius, while building the team that helps their business scale and grow.

What I Believe

I believe that we all do the best we can when trying to build our business, but we reach a point where we need to seek help to take things to the next level.

I believe there is no shame in not having all the answers yourself, and that hiring people is a healthy, positive step in our evolution.  (I personally depend on my own coaches and professional service providers to help me and my business grow.)

I believe that in order to change and grow, we all need people we can explicitly trust to listen to our story and our struggles non-judgmentally. I make it a point to be transparent and honest with my clients about my own challenges and backstory so they know they can do the same with me.

I believe in telling the unfiltered truth about the service providers I recommend – and I won’t hesitate to let my clients know if someone they’re considering hiring has reliability issues.

I believe that it's okay to make mistakes in your business. We’ve all hired service providers who have burned us, or made strategic choices we’ve regretted – and that’s part of every business owner’s journey. That’s why we seek help from trusted business advisors and coaches who will help us develop better strategies moving forward.

I believe in giving back as you grow your business – and most of my clients also value contributing to a better world in their own ways. One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is helping clients make more money so that they can not only improve their own lives, but also support the causes they care about.
